iOS developer CydiaGeek has recently released CustomSettingsCells jailbreak tweak that allows users to change the thickness of all preference cells in the Settings app on your iPhone. As it shown on the screenshot below, the tweak comes with multiple various thickness settings to pick from, depending on which one tickles your fancy the most.

So if you want to put the preference cells in your Settings app on a diet then CustomSettingsCells jailbreak tweak is available for free from Cydia’s BigBoss repo. This jailbreak tweak works with all jailbroken iOS 8, 9, and 10 devices.

Once you install the tweak, it adds a preference pane to the Settings app from where you can configure its settings:

Here, it is possible to choose between a plethora of different options, such as:

  • Small cells
  • Bit smaller cells
  • Smaller cells
  • Even smaller cells
  • Extra small cells
  • Extra smaller cells

It’s difficult to quantify what each setting means in these metrics, but for reference, you can refer to the first image in this post. The middle screenshot shows the “Bit smaller cells,” and the third screenshot dispalys “extra small cells.”

Once you're ready with your choice, close the Settings app from the App Switcher and restart it again. There is no need to respring your device to apply and save all your changes.

So if you want to change the thickness of all preference cells in the Settings app on your iPhone your should try CustomSettingsCells jailbreak tweak.

One of the wonderful things about jailbreaking a iOS device is the bulk of third-party tweaks, apps, modifications, and experiences which are available and offered through Cydia. CustomSettingsCells is the tweak that doesn't offer any new implementation but it lets you play with preference cells thickness in the Settings app.
