How To Jailbreak iOS 9.3.5 On 32-Bit Devices Use Phoenix App

Step 1: On your computer, download the Phoenix IPA file from this link, as well as Cydia Impactor.

Step 3: Drag and drop the Phoenix IPA file onto Cydia Impactor, as shown on the screenshot below.
