Temporal Lets You View The World Clock Directly From iPhone’s Lock Screen

If you have jailbroken iOS 10 device you can install new Cydia tweak and view the world clock directly from iPhone’s Lock Screen. The Clock app on iOS device allows you to view the time in different cities/timezones. The only thing that many users don't like is that the app doesn’t provide a widget for the Lock screen to view the world clock without having to unlock your device. But new jailbreak tweak dubbed as Temporal aims to fix this issue.

With iOS 10 release Apple brought a handy feature that lets stock and third-party apps add widgets to the Lock screen. It is a bummer that the Clock app doesn’t offer any widgets for viewing the world clock on the Lock screen.

With Temporal Cydia tweak installed you can easily view the time in different cities directly from the Lock screen. The best part is that you don’t even need to go to the widgets page as the tweak is directly accessible from the main Lock screen view.

To try to use this tweak you should navigate to Cydia and download Temporal for $1.15. The tweak works only with jailbroken iOS 10 devices and doesn’t offer any additional configuration.

So once you've installed it the next time you will be on the Lock screen, you can see the time in different timezones by swiping the Lock screen clock to the left or right. The tweak displays the world clock based on the cities added to the Clock app. So if you want to add a new city, you’ll have to add it to the Clock app first and it will automatically be shown on the Lock screen.

Viewing the world clock directly from iPhone’s Lock Screen is a very handy feature to have on your jailbroken device. So if you want to have it on your iPhone just download and install Temporal tweak.
