A new Cydia release called App Center displays your favorite apps in Control Center on iOS 10. This useful tweak adds a new page to Control Center to show up to nine of your apps. Here is how the tweak works.
How To Show Favorite And Recently Used Apps In Control Center On iPhone
App Center can be downloaded for $3.99 from Cydia so to get started download it on your device. The tweak supports jailbroken iOS 10 devices. App Center will add dedicated preferences pane to Settings app. There you can enable or disable the tweak’s functionality on a demand and adjust the size of the windowed apps in Control Center.
Once the tweak is installed, launch Control Center and swipe to the right until you see the third page. This is where you can find all recently used apps.
Any app you search for or enable in the app picker is going to become a live app on your jailbroken iPhone, so it will appear recently used in your App Switcher and will use your device’s RAM too.
It is possible to tap and hold on any of the app icons that appear in the app picker, and doing so will launch the apps in their regular full-screen mode instead if you don’t want to use the app in windowed mode in Control Center.
Apart from showing your recently used apps, you can also display favorite apps in Control Center on iOS 10. To add you favorite apps tap on the search icon in the top right corner of tweak, search for app, and then add it to Control Center.
App Center is the great tweak that provides you with the quick access to favorite and recently used apps and interact with them on your iOS 10 device.
