If you have jailbroken iOS 9 or 10 device you can use 3D Touch in Control Center to enable specialized settings with new jailbreak tweak called CCTButtonActions. Control Center offers you many useful toggles letting you do things like enable or disable Airplane Mode, Rotation Lock, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or even Do Not Disturb mode. How To Use 3D Touch In Control Center To Get To Specialized Settings
CCTButtonActions tweak takes advantage from 3D Touch equipped devices. Once you 3D Touch on any of the toggle buttons at the top of Control Center it will present you with popup menu that lets you reveal the advanced settings of the toggle you’re selected.
For instance, using 3D Touch gesture on Bluetooth toggle reveals your device’s Bluetooth preferences pane, 3D Touch on Do Not Disturb toggle takes you to Do Not Disturb preferences pane as shown on the picture below and more.
It should be noted that CCTButtonActions tweak doesn’t remove any functionality from the existing interface, all it does is adding more options to it.
CCTButtonActions tweak is available as a free download package from Cydia. You can begin using the tweak immediately, as it doesn't offer any options for configuration. Note that the tweak supports both iOS 9 and iOS 10, and it works with 3D Touch-equipped devices only. You can also use 3D Touch-simulation tweak like revealMenu to use CCTButtonActions on devices that don't support this feature.
