How To Display The Active Network Traffic Speed In The iOS 9 Navigation Bar

If you have jailbroken iOS 9 device and want to display the active network traffic speed in the iOS 9 navigation bar then you can try new Cydia tweak called NtSpeed. This jailbreak tweak keeps you updated in real time of your active network traffic speed on your iOS 9 iPhone and show this info on the screen. And here is short review on how this tweak actually works.

How To Display The Active Network Traffic Speed In The Navigation Bar In iOS 9

NtSpeed tweak is available as a free download package from Cydia’s ModMyi repository right now. The tweak works with all jailbroken iOS 7, 8, or 9 devices. There are no options to configure, so you can use tweak right after the installation. Once tweak is installed, it displays a small bubble just below the battery indicator in the navigation bar of whatever app you might be in.

The tweak counts both upload and download traffic, but it takes the two and adds them together to show the total amount of traffic you’re using.

The big advantage is that the tweak updates the traffic number in real time as you browse the web, access internet-based apps and stream content from the internet. So now you can be informed in real time and can control internet data usage by yourself.

In most apps, the indicator isn’t in the way of anything, but sometimes in Safari, it will pop up just over the URL bar’s refresh button. Fortunately, it doesn’t actually interfere with your ability to tap on it and type inside the URL bar.

The moment you scroll down on the other hand, it won’t look so awkward anymore, as it blends in nicely with the navigation bar. At the screenshot below you can see the example:

Nevertheless if you want to keep updated with internet usage NtSpeed tweak will display the active network traffic speed in the iOS 9 navigation bar on your device so you don't need to waste time to check it somewhere else.
