Many users with two-factor authentication enabled who have already upgraded their devices to the second beta of the latest software update are trying to fix iOS 10 iPhone Apple ID issue they have faced with just after the installation process. All these users claim that they have been locked out of their Apple account. As you know Apple ID account with Apple’s two-step authentication system protection requires both a password and a one-time six-digit code when using iCloud on a new device. He was informed by a support person that since two-factor authentication was enabled on his account, they could not put his account into “troubleshooting mode” . So he forwarded his case to iTunes engineers.
While Apple support has forwarded the details of the affected accounts to engineers, a solution can take almost a week to arrive. So, if you are already running iOS 10 beta 2 on your device and have two-factor authentication enabled, it is recommended that you turn it off until Apple manages to fix this bug.
