Press the X button at the top with 3D Touch and then pick Clear All Notifications from the shortcuts menu.Nothing complicated, your Notification Center is empty in one simple step.

If you need to delete a single notification, you can still do it by simply swipe over it from right to left to reveal a Clear button, and then click on it.
