Secondly, you might like to follow Mac TaiG iOS 8.1.3 – 8.3 jailbreak instruction if you have the OS X computer.

Once you are jailbroken you can get access to your iOS 8.3 file system. This is not difficult to do if you follow our step-by-step guide and download the right tool. Please note that you will get full root access to your iOS filesystem via USB.

How to Access iOS 8.3 Files with AFC2

Don’t access your file system if you are not an advance user.

How to Extend iOS 8 Battery Life with Jailbreak Tweak

It will be soon possible to improve battery life iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in iOS 9 firmware. This 2015 update that Apple should release in the fall will come with a cool Low Power option capable of extending your iDevice battery life for a couple of hours. Isn’t it cool? Still there is no need to wait until the Cupertino-based giant introduces its next iOS 9 because there is one interesting iOS 9 battery life jailbreak tweak that can help you right away.

There is a tweak that works similar to the future firmware 9 version and imitates the longer battery life on iOS 8 platform. It uses a different method but it promises the desired result.

How to Extend iOS 8 Battery Life

Step 1. Download Power Saver Mode tweak from Cydia store [it is available through repository source http://elijahandandrew.com/repo/ you’ll have to add to your list of repos]. This jailbreak app can make your iOS 8 iPhone battery last longer.

Step 2. Turn on the program. You can do this through Settings menu – General – Usage option – Battery Usage – Power Saving Mode.

Step 3. When the tool is enabled you will automatically get a lot of features being disabled. The program turns off Location Services, application Refresh in the Background. Users who are using Wi-Fi connection will have Cellular Data being off. The program also enables such features as Reduce Motion and Increase Contrast.

Step 4. With the tweak working on your jailbroken iOS 8 iPhone 6 or other model you will find your battery icon being yellow. This means the new mode is turned on. This is what reminds of the iOS 9 Low Power feature.

Cydia Tweaks Compatible with iOS 8.3 iPhone and iPad

The release of TaiG 2.0 jailbreak that can untether three platforms, iOS 8.1.3, 8.2 and 8.3, users start to wonder what iOS 8.3 compatible tweaks exist. It is smart to update to the most recent firmware version if it can be jailbroken with ease.

Thanks to TaiG update iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users can also download the first jailbreak tweaks iOS 8.3 that support this system. The list is short for now because there were problems with Cydia Installer [these issues are now gone and you can find the latest version 1.1.18 to update to it] and kernel update with 8.3 Cydia Substrate [this problem hasn’t been fixed yet and the TaiG group of hackers is currently working on it].

You still have to wait for all the bugs and problems to be solved before you can enjoy all the new and updated iOS 8.3 jailbreak tweaks for your iDevice. If you haven’t jailbroken your iPhone yet you can use the step-by-step iOS 8.3, 8.2, 8.1.3 TaiG jailbreak guide and perform everything within seconds. It currently works on Windows computers but should soon get Mac OS X upgrade.

So what Cydia tweaks are compatible with iOS 8.3 right now? There is a number of tools you can try to use. They all are already compatible with iOS 8.3: iFile, Kodi, Bridge, iModGame, WiFiPasswords, BytaFont 2, Disk Pie. The list also includes CocoaTop, Fortune, OpenSSH, Blocker, MyWi 8. If you are using CrashReporter, Hosts Blocker, MobileTerminal or FBMostRecent you should know that they also work on iOS 8.3 just like Filza, NewTerm, Light Untrusted, Untrusted Hosts and Minimal Hosts.

If you have a jailbroken iOS 8.3 smartphone or tablet you should install only tweaks that are compatible with this firmware version. Otherwise you might experience reboot loops and other issues that would force you to restore and lose the jailbreak. You’ll be able to re-jailbreak right now, but once Apple stops signing iOS 8.3 this could be a big problem.

iOS 9 TaiG Jailbreak Launch Date Recent Update

Recently there are many talks about iOS 9 TaiG jailbreak launch date. This theme became actual just after Chinese TaiG Team has updated its famous jailbreak tool with the latest iOS software version support.

The new TaiG tool now supports iOS versions 8.1.3 through 8.3 dubbed version 2.0.0 and currently is available on Windows only. The latest jailbreak is interesting for the reason that since iOS 8.3 patched TaiG’s previous exploits, it was thought the team would focus its attention on iOS 9. Cydia Substrate is also not compatible with iOS 8.3, so it will be down to Saurik to update it. Also support for the new jailbreak is limited as apps and tweaks will need to be updated.

However, according to the recent report TaiG CEO Xie Lei is feeling pretty bullish about jailbreaking iOS 9 prospects in the near future. Mr. Lei also alluded to the future of TaiG’s ambitions and wrote that we will hear about their team with iOS 9 jailbreak and they are looking forward to release fourth escape. Fourth escape means fourth jailbreak and it will be the iOS 9 jailbreak.

If TaiG’s CEO feels confident enough that he can openly state how much he’s looking forward to releasing an iOS 9 jailbreak, then there’s probably more to the story. Obviously, last month’s big news about rootless security raised some fears and warnings about the future jailbreaking possibilities, but those fears seem to be largely unfounded.

Yet, there is no concrete or direct proved facts on whether TaiG will be able to launch a iOS 9 jailbreak or who will be the one to achieve this. But looking forward, iOS 9 is a major release with many beloved features and a jailbreak will be definitely more than welcomed and juicing up user experience with iOS devices.

However we certainly put all our expectations on talented team as TaiG. But only time will tell when would be iOS 9 TaiG jailbreak launch date.

Saurik has already launched the tool UIKit Tools 1.1.0 and this program supports the most recent Apple public version iOS 8.3. Launch Cydia store and find it, download and install it. Everything is so simple. On Cydia [you might want to refresh this store] you can take advantage of ‘Essential upgrade’ option where you can click on Complete in order to install the addition that fixes everything with your jailbreak.

How to Fix TaiG Jailbreak Error 1101: iOS 8.3 Jailbreak Gets Stuck at 20%

iOS 8.3 TaiG jailbreak error 1101 is a part of jailbreaking iOS 8.1.3, 8.2 and 8.3 versions. Yes, hackers from China found new exploits and released the updated TaiG 2.0 that is capable of performing untether jailbreak on the latest Apple firmware versions.

A number of users who were trying to use the new tool report the iOS 8.3 jailbreak stuck at 20% problem. Is there a way how to fix TaiG jailbreak error 1101 and successfully complete the task?

How does it happen?

Users who download TaiG 2.0 jailbreak for iOS 8.1.3 – 8.3 operating system [it is also possible to jailbreak iOS 8.1.2 with TaiG] and try to run it on their Windows computer [right now TaiG supports only Windows platform though it should be coming to Mac soon] cannot proceed with the jailbreak when it reaches 20%. The whole thing gets stuck and doesn’t want to complete.

How to Fix TaiG Jailbreak Error 1101

If you get the message about Apple Driver not being found and see that your jailbreak process is stuck at 20% you can try to install an earlier version of iTunes. If you are already running iTunes 12.1.2 you might like to download the version 12.1.0 and install it. How can you do this?

Step 1. Backup your full library before you uninstall the version 12.1.2 from your Windows computer.

Step 2. Download iTunes 12.1.0 [here is the 32-bit version and here is the 64-bit program].

Step 3. Launch the iTunes file and install it on your computer.

Step 4. Now you can try to run the jailbreak once again and hopefully it will successfully complete.

P.S. In case the walkaround doesn’t help you and iTunes 12.1.0 doesn’t solve the issue you might like to repeat the guide with a different version of iTunes 12.0.1.

TaiG team is expected to fix TaiG program to support the new Cydia Substrate for iOS 8.3. This should happen this week.

TaiG Jailbreak to Offer iOS 8.3 Cydia Substrate Fix Soon

Should you jailbreak iOS 8.3 iPhone right now or not? Users who tried to use TaiG 2.0 jailbreak tool on iOS 8.1.3, 8.2 or 8.3 as soon as this program was officially released this week experienced problems [there is no iOS 9 jailbreak yet]. You might like to avoid performing the jailbreak right now because there is no compatible Cydia Substrate yet. At the same time, TaiG Cydia Substrate fix is coming soon.

Hackers from China promise they will offer iOS 8.3 Cydia Substrate update later this week. It might be easier to just wait for this major upgrade because it will install the new iOS 8.3-compatible Cydia Substrate and this is very important for users because this also allows tweaks working properly.

Jay Freeman who has developed Cydia store with unofficial jailbreak apps and tricks asked TaiG to offer iOS 8.3 Cydia Substrate fix through kernel patch update. This is exactly what the group of hackers is planning to do this week.

There are news that this could happen as soon as today, still sometimes rumors and announcements could make mistakes. If this is the case, we will see the Cydia Substrate fix in iOS 8.1.3 – 8.3 jailbreak later this week.

As soon as the TaiG 2.0 tool gets update you will be able to install the Cydia Substrate package and not have to re-jailbreak in case you have already performed this interesting procedure on Windows computer.

It took the community several months to finally see iOS 8.3, 8.2 and 8.1.3 jailbreak solution that is successful and works on iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Even though there is no official Mac version yet and the program supports Windows platform only it is still possible to run the Windows version on your OS X computer through virtual Windows machine.

Cydia developers are starting to update their tweaks and apps so that you can download new applications for a jailbroken iDevice after becoming jailbroken.

How To Jailbreak iOS 8.3 With TaiG Tutorial

Here is guide how to jailbreak iOS 8.3 with TaiG. Happily the TaiG team has recently launched a new version of their jailbreak tool to jailbreak iOS 8.3 – iOS 8.1.3.

Before start to proceed please note that currently TaiG jailbreak is available for Windows. For now, Mac users will have to run Windows in a virtual machine to use the TaiG jailbreak. The jailbreak is an untethered jailbreak.

Please take a backup of all personal information via iCloud or iTunes. According to reports the jailbreak is working in most cases, but if something goes wrong, it’s a good idea to keep your data in safe.

Please disable any Anti-virus programs or firewalls temporarily because they could prevent TaiG Jailbreak from connecting to the internet.

TaiG 2.0.0 jailbreak tool is suitable for jailbreaking iOS 8.3, iOS 8.2 and iOS 8.1.3.

Step 1: First download the latest TaiG jailbreak version via this link on your PC, and unzip the zip file.

Step 2: Now using the USB cable connect your device to your computer.

Step 3: Temporarily Disable Passcode from Settings > Touch ID & Passcode.

Step 4: Also temporarily turn off Find my iPhone from Settings > iCloud > Find my iPhone.

Step 5: Please open the application as an Administrator. Right click on the TaiG exe and pick the “Run as Administrator” option.

Step 6: TaiG will take some time to detect your device. Once you confirm that it is showing the correct firmware version, deselect the 3K Assistant 2.3.0 (TaiG’s App Store), just below Cydia 1.1.16.

Step 7: To proceed click on the green Start button. You will see the circular progress bar.

Note: If you’re using virtual machine, it can take time to proceed. So if TaiG gets stuck at 30% or don’t worry just wait for 20-30 minutes for the process to progress.

Step 8: After the jailbreak is complete, your device will reboot automatically, then you will see the Cydia icon on the Home screen. The TaiG jailbreak tool will also show you that the “Jailbreak Succeeded!”

Now you know how to jailbreak iOS 8.3 with TaiG. But after successfully jailbreaking your device don’t forget to re-enable the passcode and Find My iPhone feature.

Since Cydia Substrate is not compatible with iOS 8.3 – iOS 8.1.3 most of the jailbreak apps and tweaks currently won’t work. But it is expected that saurik will launch a new version of Cydia Substrate that will be compatible with iOS 8.3 – iOS 8.1.3 very soon.

Download TaiG Jailbreak For iOS 8.3 Direct Link

Great news! Users who were waiting now can download TaiG jailbreak for iOS 8.3. The TaiG Jailbreak team has recently released iOS 8.3 jailbreak tool.

Just on June 23 on Twitter the Chinese team announced that it had updated its tool with the latest iOS software version support.

Dubbed with version 2.0.0, the new TaiG tool now supports iOS versions 8.1.3 through 8.3 and but currently it is available on Windows only. You can download TaiG jailbreak for iOS 8.3 on their website and also find there detailed tutorial how to successfully jailbreak your device:

One of the famous hackers MuscleNerd posted a tweet where he congratulated TaiG team with the jailbreak launch and noted that Substrate and MS tweaks not working, but Saurik was on it.

The latest jailbreak is interesting for a couple of reasons. Since with iOS 8.3 software update Apple has patched TaiG’s previous exploits, it was thought the team would focus its attention on iOS 9.

Also it was thought that the Pangu team would be the one to launch a jailbreak for iOS 8.3 and TaiG would concentrate its attention on iOS 9. That, obviously, is no longer the case as iOS 8.4 is also just a week away — bringing with it Apple Music on June 30th — which will most likely include further security fixes.

Keep in mind that lots of things still need to be updated for iOS 8.3. Support for the new jailbreak is limited as apps and tweaks will need to be updated. Cydia Substrate is also not compatible with iOS 8.3, so it will be down to Saurik to update it.

As always it is recommended to proceed with caution and at your own risk. Make sure to back up your device before jailbreaking and be sure to follow TaiG’s step-by-step instructions. The tutorial suggests that it may take several attempts to successfully jailbreak your device.

How to Get iPhone Guest User Mode / Sleep Mode [Jailbreak Tweak]

Users choose to jailbreak the iOS 8 iPhone because of a long list of useful and cool Cydia tweaks that make the device more interesting and fun to use. For example, if you have a jailbroken gadget you can easily get iPhone guest user mode and protect your privacy. This is a great solution for users who like to borrow their iDevice to others.

The tweak we’ll talk about is not free. It costs $2.99 on Cydia but it gives you two new modes: iPhone sleep mode and guest mode that improve your security and don’t let anyone access your personal information, Touch ID, Control and Notification Center. This way you don’t have to worry about anyone breaking into your handset and accessing its particular features.

iPhone Jailbreak Guest Mode / Sleep Mode Tweak

Step 1. Download the tweak Blocked from the BigBoss repo. Install it.

Step 2. Launch settings.

Step 3. Open the new pane installed along with Blocked.

Step 4. Turn on the tweak.

Step 5. You should turn on Sleep or Guest mode [which one you would like to use] or turn it off.

Step 6. It is possible to assign iOS 8 Activator gesture to the Sleep mode to easily invoke it. This option can be also scheduled to turn on automatically when you need it. It is great to use at night if you are afraid that someone could try to access your iPhone using your fingerprint.

Step 7. You can also select applications and Control / Notification Center options that must be blocked when Guest mode is on.

Step 8. Guest mode disables all the features you have chosen to be disabled when the iPhone is unlocked. It’s great when you want to lend your smartphone but don’t want the person to access your data.

What do you think about Blocked tweak for iOS 8 platform?

Hack Apple WatchOS 1.0 For UIKit Apps Native Running

According to recent news one developer has managed to hack Apple watchOS 1.0 for UIKit apps. As it is already known last week trio of Cydia developers, Jay Freeman( aka saurik ), Steve Troughton-Smith and Adam Bell have hacked the Apple Watch on watchOS 2 successfully to run UIKit & SceneKit apps on the wearable device.

What is more just a few days after that they ported Canabalt and Flappy Bird to run natively on the Apple wearable device.

Apple company has unveiled watchOS 2 for Apple Watch during its WWDC 2015 Keynote. This new update will let third-party apps run natively on the wearable device for better performance. With watchOS 2.0 update, Apple promoted the possibility to run truly native apps on Apple Watch. However, developers have revealed the fact that while logic code runs on the wearable, raw access to the user interface is not allowed with watchOS 2.0.

The last software update for Apple Watch even didn't allow to use superior frameworks like UIKit and SceneKit in the Watch apps like iPhone apps. watchOS 1 is even has much more restrictions.

But the Cydia developers trio proved that it was possible to run UIKit based apps on the Apple Watch running hacked watchOS 2. And as per recent reports Steve Troughton-Smith, has now successfully hacked Apple watchOS 1.0 for UIKit apps for running on his wearable device. Just like the hack done by trio, this one has be done without jailbreaking Apple Watch.

Steve has posted a confirmation tweet with the video of a UIKit based app running on his Apple Watch on watchOS 1.0.1. Steve has also added that watchOS 1.0 is really as app-friendly as the latest watchOS 2. Smith noted that developers can use the PepperUICore framework to build apps like the native systems apps, allowing Watch functions like Digital Crown scrolling to function.

It seems like for Steve and his friends hacking the Apple Watch brings a lot of fun. We will see what they are going to do further.

iPhone Gets BiteSMS Features on iOS 8 [Jailbreak Tweak]

While there is no biteSMS iOS 8 update, there is a different Cydia tweak that brings biteSMS iPhone 6 features. The program has a different title but it promises to deliver some bite-SMS-like options to the latest official firmware version developed and released by Apple.

There are a couple of things to note. Firstly, the tweak is not free. Secondly, according to a number of users who have downloaded this program it might contain some problems.

How to Get BiteSMS Features on iOS 8

Step 1. The BigBoss repo on Cydia store with tons of great iOS 8 jailbreak tweaks has the new title Columba that costs $2.99. Download and install it.

Step 2. Go to Settings where you’ll find the new pane and turn on the program.

Step 3. There are two styles, Windowed and Native, that let to quickly compose messages through pop-up window or Messages interface.

Step 4. You can schedule text messages delivery time [learn how to cancel iPhone text message after sending it].

Step 5. All the tweak’s options are available through Messages interface as well. You will find ‘plus’ instead of camera icon inside this app.

Step 6. You can use emojis, insert a photo, use different message templates and do other actions through this ‘plus’ option.

Step 7. Right now Columba only reminds of biteSMS but it needs further polishing. This program might sometimes crash, so keep this in mind if you decide to give it a try.

The next iOS 9 firmware should bring Quick Reply feature without any tweaks. Apple is working on Messages program upgrade so users who wish to use some quick respond options will be able to do this without the need of being jailbroken and searching for biteSMS-like features.

Developers and some users are currently testing iOS 9 beta 1 which can be downloaded through direct links.

Hack iOS 9 Keychain Vulnerability Reveals Personal Info

You must to read this post about iOS 9 hack Keychain vulnerability in order to protect your personal information.
As you know, via Apple’s iCloud Keychain service all your private information ranging from web browsers passwords to app passwords to banking credentials are stored and synced between devices. Due to recent reports all these staff can be easily hacked because of vulnerabilities revealed in Apple’s desktop and mobile operating systems.

These vulnerabilities were discovered by the group of researchers at Indiana University, Georgia Tech and China’s Peking University. Titled “Unauthorized Cross-App Resource Access on Mac OS X and iOS” this work was published in the form of a thirteen-page research paper. The researchers reported about this Keychain vulnerabilities to Apple back in October 2014.

These flaws allows malicious apps to get access, change and erase entries in a user’s Keychain, a central repository in both OS X and iOS for saving encrypted passwords and other personal data.

The team said that they completely cracked the keychain service which stores passwords and other credentials for different Apple apps, and sandbox containers on OS X. Also they added that they managed to identify new weaknesses within the inter-app communication mechanisms on OS X and iOS which can be used to steal confidential data from Evernote, Facebook and other high-profile apps.

It should be mentioned here that if someone will try to fix these flaws that would require significant architectural changes to the way OS X and iOS cooperate with apps.

This catastrophic weakness allows to bypass the App Store security checks and hack app sandboxes. As a result, thief gets the ability to steal passwords from any installed app.

The video above shows how a malicious Mac app can steal a user’s iCloud access tokens stored in the Keychain, potentially opening door to a major identity theft as more and more of our digital lives is stored in iCloud.

As you can see, the malicious app was able to steal the secret iCloud token used to sign in to iCloud via System Preferences.

Due to fact that Apple has not yet launched a fix for iOS 9 Keychain vulnerability through iOS and OS X software updates we highly recommend users not to install apps from unknown sources.

iOS 8.4 Jailbreak News Fresh Update

From this post you can grab all iOS 8.4 jailbreak news. Let's first remember that with iOS 8.3, iOS 8.2 and iOS 8.1.3 updates Apple patched all jailbreak exploits that were used in Pangu, TaiG, PP jailbreak tools for iOS devices.

So in case you want to keep your jailbreak it’s highly recommended not to update your device with the iOS 8.1.3, 8.2 or 8.3 updates at any cost.

In its support article Apple company has revealed all the exploits that it has patched in aforementioned updates. And what is more Apple even named the Pangu and TaiG teams for utilizing these exploits in developing jailbreaks.

Also famous hacker MuscleNerd tweeted that users should stay clear of iOS 8.1.3, 8.2 or 8.3 updates. In case you have an older jailbreakable version such as iOS 8 or even iOS 7and you want to keep using Cydia jailbreak tweaks and apps then don' t upgrade your device .

TaiG Jailbreak team took place at Mobile Security Summit last month. Unfortunately there were no jailbreak news from there. Also after Apple has released iOS 8.3 software update, but there has not been no jailbreak available. As with iOS 8.3 update Apple has patched yet another TaiG exploit.

Some time later i0n1c has posted a video in which he showed iOS 8.4 jailbreak for beta 1. You can watch it below:

According to recent reports Apple is working on a new security system called ‘Rootless’ which will make jailbreaking a lot more difficult to develop on iOS platform.

Another iOS 8.4 jailbreak update is that Pangu has demoed iOS 8.3 jailbreak at MOSEC, they are reportedly planning to release after Apple rolls out iOS 8.4 to public. Also another Chinese team called TaiG announced that they didn't have plans to launch iOS 8.4 jailbreak, they are currently focused on iOS 9 jailbreak.

What is more there has appeared one more Chinese jailbreak team ‘Keen’ that with Pangu support is reportedly working on a iOS 9 jailbreak. That were all iOS 8.4 jailbreak news for current date.

Hack Apple Watch For Flappy Bird Game Playing

Developer Hamza Sood managed to hack Apple Watch for Flappy Bird game. As it turns out, even though watchOS 2, that was released at WWDC 2015, allows developers to run apps natively on the Watch itself, developers don’t have access to UIKit and SpriteKit and instead must stick with WatchKit. But this fact didn't stop developers like Hamza Sood, Adam Bell and Steve Troughton-Smith from hacking Apple's wearable.

In result they managed to hack Watch to truly run apps natively on Apple Watch. And a day ago Hamza Sood released a video – on Twitter – showing his own Apple Watch running a cloned version of the famous Flappy Bird game. What makes the game so awesome is that it incorporates touch control and control through the Digital Crown. It may still not be as easy to play, but that doesn’t mean the fact it’s possible is any less cooler.

The game uses native SpriteKit rendering and features both touch screen control and Digital Crown support for moving the bird up and down to avoid obstacles. What is interesting ,the game also supports speaker output so that you can hear sound effects directly from your wearable.

The game loads fast and runs without any discernible lag or slowdown. That’s one of the benefits of running native code directly on the Apple Watch hardware itself.

Want to see what it looks and sounds like to have a game utilizing native frameworks, Digital Crown control, and speaker output on Apple Watch then Hamza Sood posted a tweet with video.

Apple’s release of watchOS 2 and iOS 9 betas last week have given developers their first crack at making really native Apple Watch apps rather than the half-baked version we have had to live with over the last few weeks.

So hack Apple Watch for Flappy Bird game successful effort is only the one of the first steps in revealing wearable possibilities. Having access to the Apple Watch’s hardware directly, developers will be able to create some highly responsive apps.

How to Hide Conversations in Messages on iOS 8 iPhone [Jailbreak Tweak]

Discover a new iOS 8 Messages tweak if you have a jailbroken iPhone and wish to hide iPhone conversations with ease. This is a great program for anyone who needs an opportunity to choose and hide particular conversation threads on their ‘fruit’ smartphone with the help of Cydia store.

The official App Store doesn’t have as many useful tools as the unofficial jailbreakable program store called Cydia which is installed on your Home screen after you perform iOS 8 jailbreak with TaiG, PP Jailbreak or Pangu program. Follow the guide below to automatically hide Messages you receive from some contacts.

How to Hide Conversations in Messages

Step 1. Cydia store is full of different tweaks and tricks that can make your iPhone unique and simple to use. Some of them are free and others are not. iPicar is the useful tweak that costs $1.55 on the BigBoss repo. Download it if you think it can be handy.

Step 2. Install the tweak.

Step 3. Launch Settings and find the new pane that belongs to iPicar.

Step 4. Enable the program.

Step 5. You have an option to choose the contact or contacts in order to hide message and conversations you receive from these people. You can get all your contacts after you launch Contacts section. Toggle on each contact to hide its conversations.

Step 6. You will find two fields you have to fill in. One is for the passcode that will unhide all messages you receive. The other one will hide specific messages on iOS 8 platform. Create both passcodes and remember them.

Step 7. All the changes are applied automatically without the need to respring.

Step 8. Lock your iPhone. When you unlock it you have to only enter your ‘hide’ passcode and this way you will hide unwanted conversations. Enter the ‘unhide’ passcode and all the messages will re-appear.

How to Search for Text on iPhone in Apps [Jailbreak Tweak]

The number of iOS 8 jailbreak tweaks 2015 is going to grow while Apple is testing iOS 8 beta 4 and also working on iOS 9 release. If you wish to search for text in apps on your iPhone or iPad you can use one great tweak from Cydia store that makes everything fast and simple.

The program uses Activator to help user create fast search for a text on the iOS 8 Lock screen and inside any application. This is not a free tool though. It costs $0.99 so if you are ready to spend this much on an iOS 8 tweak – read the instruction on how to use the program and what it really offers.

How to Search for Text on iPhone

Step 1. Launch Cydia store. Its popular and public BigBoss repository has a lot of tweak titles to choose from.

Step 2. Find ControlF program created for iOS 8 platform.

Step 3. Download and install the tweak but note that it might have some problems according to some users (it doesn't seem to support all applications).

Step 4. The program comes without any configurations. You just need to assign any Activator gesture to invoke ControlF. Use Settings – Activator to do this. It is fast and simple.

Step 5. Use the Activator gesture you have assigned and the window will appear prompting you to type any search query.

Step 6. After you entered the text you can click on Search option.

Step 7. The search works on both Lock screen and inside the applications. You can also choose Google if you want to search it. Such a button is also available with this tweak.

Step 8. If the tool finds the matching text it will appear in the red box.

Step 9. Unfortunately this iOS 8 tweak doesn’t work with all the applications. It works in Settings, Notes, Messages and similar apps but it stops working in Safari and a big number of other programs, including Mail.

iOS 9 Hack Allows Playing Games on iPad [Video]

Apple unveiled the new iOS 9 beta 1 and we have already heard the first news about iOS 9 hack. There is a trick that allows iPad users enjoy Doom game. Right now, as you know, there are no applications or iOS 9 games optimized for this latest firmware which is available in testing stage only. Still some hackers found a way how to change this.

It is risky to update to iOS 9 and still you can download the first iOS 9 beta even without UDID. You don’t have to be a registered developer to test the current Apple mobile firmwares meant for its iDevices. Besides, if you are aware of some interesting hacks you might also be able to play Doom iPad game or other games like someone already did.

There is no iOS 9 jailbreak at the moment but it is still possible to trick the system and do what you want to do. There is the cool Picture-in-Picture option introduced in the firmware and using it you can watch video files and play games in a small screen on your tablet.

The trick was performed by Adam Bell who develops applications in India. He used the new mode and played the Doom game over other applications and even above iOS 9 Springboard. What else is required for this to happen? Public API should be used as well.

As Bell explained, you can use API and play any game / app in a PIP window. Here is how it works in the video:

This iOS 9 hack is safe and looks neat. No one knows when the jailbreak becomes available and while testing the operating system in the summertime [it will be officially launched in the fall] some developers and users might also like to play games on their iPads.

Hack WatchOS Apps To Run Truly Native

As it become known there is the way to hack watchOS apps. Famous developers trio Adam Bell, Steve Troughton-Smith and Saurik successfully hacked the Apple Watch on watchOS 2 to run truly native apps on it.

Apple company stated that the ability to run native apps will be available with watchOS 2 after this release update during WWDC. But creations have so far been limited to apps that accompany a native iPhone or iPad application from the App Store. Not content with getting native apps functioning. Although Apple has released watchOS 2 with native apps , for some developers it isn’t as ‘native’ as wanted or expected. The logic code now runs on the watch, but raw access to the user interface is still not allowed on watchOS 2.

The trio went a little further in the hours that followed. This means frameworks like UIKit cannot be used to draw truly custom UI. Instead developers must rely on the same techniques employed with current WatchKit apps that revolve around image sequences to create more interesting effects.

Steve Troughton-Smith, Adam Bell and Jay Freeman aka Saurik have successfully managed to penetrate the security layers of Apple’s watchOS to get truly native UIKit and SceneKit apps up and running.

Developers played around with the system and created a nano file browsing app that comes with system access that is akin to what jailbreaking actually allows on a liberated iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

Apple Watch's small screen isn’t exactly the best real platform for an application of this nature. So hack watchOS apps process will allow developers create really native third-party apps for the Apple Watch that actually offers great features and functionality for the wearable device.

How to Change iPhone Wallpaper Using iOS 8 Jailbreak Tweak

One interesting iPhone jailbreak wallpaper changer can automatically offer new image every time you are unlocking or waking up the ‘fruit’ handset. This tool can be used by anyone who has a jailbroken iOS 8 device [you can already download iOS 8.4 beta 4 using direct links] and likes to download and explore new Cydia tweaks on their gadgets.

The iOS 8 wallpaper jailbreak tweak can be found on Cydia [here are the main reasons why users jailbreak iPhone and iPad]. It was developed by CP Digital Darkroom and is available at no cost.

How to Change iPhone Wallpaper with iOS 8 Cydia Tweak

Step 1. Go to Cydia store and download WallRotator program through the following source: http://repo.cpdigitaldarkroom.com. This is a free package that adds extra functions and allows getting an awesome feature that makes the iDevice unique and fun to use.

Step 2. Once the program is installed on your gadget you can go to Settings and choose the new pane with preferences you can adjust. Turn on the tweak.

Step 3. If you want wallpapers to change you should enable Rotate Wallpaper option.

Step 4. It is also possible to change your Slide to Unlock message to quotes through Rotate Slide to Unlock feature.

Step 5. If you want to use the pre-installed wallpapers that are available along with the program you need to select Wallrotator Stock.

Step 6. If you want to use your own images as wallpapers you should create an album in Photos application with wallpapers and choose it through the WallRotator’s pane.

Step 7. Choose your wallpaper mode in Themes menu where you can choose the wallpapers to change for Lock screen or Home screen or both.

The tweak is doing what it promises. When you wake up your iPhone you will see wallpapers being automatically changed by this iOS 8 program. Sometimes it might not work as fast as you want because it needs some time to upload a new image for you.
