Top Chinese Sales Include iPhone 6 by Apple and Xiaomi Devices

The news about impressive Apple sales in China make its rivals jealous. This is understood as it was Samsung that got the grasp over the cell phone market in this Asian region for a long while, and now Xiaomi and the Cupertino-based giant are two leaders and they are getting more and more fans and customers.

According to different February reports, the 2015 is a great year for Apple in China. The last quarter of the previous year brought over 107 million smartphone units to this country. Xiaomi was leading this fight and the results of Apple in China 2014 were also incredible. Samsung didn’t do that good even though it shipped over 420 million smartphones in 2014 in total.

As the sales figures prove, Xiaomi and Apple show year-over-year growth in 2013 and 2014 as consumers choose these two brands more often than others.

The iPhone giant manages to rise from 5 to over 12 percent of marketshare in the end of last year. Xiaomi jumped from 6.5 in 2013 to 13.7 percent of market share in 2014 which is way too awesome for such a company. Still, as numbers reveal, its position fell a bit with the iPhone 6 launch and popularity. The company got 13.7 percent in Q4 instead of 14.8 percent of marketshare it had in the Q3.

Compare iPhone 4S Performance on iOS 8.3 Beta 2 and iOS 8.1.3 [Video]

Wanna see the next iOS 8.3 performace on video? One YouTube user has shared short movies where he compares iPhone 4S iOS 8.3 beta 2 performance to iOS 8.1.3 which is the recent public release for iDevices. Apple seems to improve its next version of mobile operating system for some models which includes iPhone 4S and iPad 2.

Newer iDevice users won’t notice any difference if they update to iOS 8.3 beta 2 [through direct links] or launch applications. The speed won’t change, however iPhone 4S users will be glad to notice that their performance slightly improves and apps launch a bit quicker if compared to 8.1.3.

These are, of course, just the predictions based on the current beta which has been seeded to registered developers and shared online with users who like to update and test such firmwares. The public release might be improved more and bring both faster performance and stability to Apple users.

Watch the video created by kabriolett for iPhone 4S running iOS 8.3 beta 2:

The same user has also tested this beta on iPhone 5:

What do you think about such speed test? Do you notice the difference?

How to Replace iOS 8 App Switcher Favorite Contacts with Apps

iOS 8 App Switcher favorites usually display your favorite and recent contacts on the iPhone. It is possible to change this and replace your contacts with the apps you like and use more often than others. If you are jailbroken, you can download one simple Cydia tweak to make this happen.

The new tool that has joint the list of cool App Switcher Cydia tweaks for iOS 8 and iOS 8.1.3 firmware version [here is how you can install 8.1.3] is called Popular. Yes, it is so simple. Use Popular to make your popular apps appear in your App Switcher.

The small drawback here is this app costs $0.99 on Cydia. Are you ok with it? Hold on, don’t download it yet. First, read what it can do and then decide whether you should pay for it or not.

How to Replace Contacts with Apps in the App Switcher on iOS 8

Step 1. Go to BigBoss repo on Cydia to download Popular tweak.

Step 2. Install it.

Step 3. This program can track which applications you use often and show them in the App Switcher. It also allows adding your favorite apps.

Step 4. If you go to Settings you will see a pane there that shows the usage time for all your applications and games installed on the iOS 8 platform.

Step 5. It is up to you which programs to add to your favorites and which must go to the blacklist [they will not appear in the App Switcher in this case]. Adjust the settings to your needs.

Step 6. Choose how many of your most used applications you want to appear in the Switcher. Note that this tweak can hold up to 75 most used iOS 8 apps.

Step 7. Are you done with settings? Close it.

Step 8. Launch your App Switcher. You can now swipe your favorite and most used iOS 8 apps to the right or left and launch them quicker than if using Spotlight for the same need.

How to Easily Add Widgets to Reachability View on iOS 8 [Jailbreak Tweak]

We have already showed you how to add Weather to Reachability view on iOS 8 platform and now it is time to speak about other widgets you can add to it. This can be done on any jailbroken iPhone 6, 6 Plus and other models. Simply follow our instruction and you will add widgets to Reachability on iOS 8 with ease.

There are a lot of cool iOS 8 Reachability tweaks on Cydia. This time we’ll talk about WidgetCenter program that makes it possible for you to view your widgets right from Reachability. This is a great way to utilize this empty space and make it useful.

Here is how you can add widgets and view them:

Step 1. You can buy the tweak at $1.99 as this is the price of WidgetCenter for iOS 8 on Cydia right now. The tool is available for download at BigBoss repository.

Step 2. Install the tweak.

Step 3. Go to your native Settings app and find the new pane there which belongs to this Reachability tweak.

Step 4. Turn on / off the tweak.

Step 5. Decide how you would like Reachability view to appear: at the bottom or top of your screen.

Step 6. The Widgets menu will show four options you can choose from, including WCTime [this adds the animated analogue and digital clocks to the view], WCSwitcher [it shows your App Switcher in Reachability], WCControl [this allows adding some options in the mini-version of Control Center along with brightness slider, Quick Launch programs and switch toggles], and WCMusic [this feature adds a music widget to Reachability].

Step 7. As you can see, the number of widgets you can add to Reachability view is limited but the tweak still has some cool settings and options you can use.

Step 8. In order to view your widgets, you have to invoke your Reachability on iOS 8 platform and switch from widget to widget by swiping left or right.

This iOS 8 Reachability tweak for iPhone comes with a cute design for widgets and nice animations.

Some Thoughts on Apple Watch Design, Release and Steve Jobs

Who can talk about Steve Jobs and Apple products these days? Designers and famous people like to mention the former CEO in their speeches and Apple design chief Jonathan Ive is not an exception. He has recently talked about Apple Watch design [the first fake wearable was sold for $260 in China] and discussed a number of other topics related to the ‘fruit’ giant.

The designer remembers how Steve Jobs visited the company’s design studio at Two Infinite Loop when he returned to the iOS giant back in 1997. The two men became friends since then. As Ive recounts, Job was excited about working together. And their collaboration soon resulted in iMac device release.

Talking about live Apple Watch event that should take place in April 2015, Ive says that this product was conceived before Jobs died from pancreatic cancer in October 2011.

As the designer notes, with Apple it is difficult to build time line for the company’s products [the original Apple Watch was released back in the 90s] because a lot of great ideas appeared before 2011 and are now being implemented into life. That was the time for huge appetite for investigations and the Cupertino-based giant was happily investigating and following its ‘Think Different’ strategy.

We’ll soon see the public release of the Apple Watch which should carry a customizable design but will lack some of the features the firm wanted to include in the first generation product. Most of the options that will be absent in the next iOS 8.2, according to reports, are related to Health field. The gadget will not track your blood pressure or heart rate.

The new wearable is being awaited by a lot of customers who already have the iPod touch, the iPhone and the iPad. How will Apple surprise the world this time? Do you have any ideas?

How to Jailbreak iOS 8.2 Beta 2 on Mac with PP Jailbreak

Would you like to know if iOS 8.1.3 jailbreak is possible? We all know that even though this is the most recent release from Apple, the company is already working on iOS 8.2 launch and we can assure you that it is possible to untether it. Learn how to jailbreak iOS 8.2 beta 2 on Mac using Chinese program PP Jailbreak. It supports only OS X computers.

Sadly, PP Jailbreak cannot provide you with iOS 8.1.3 jailbreak since it was killed by Apple. But it found a way how to jailbreak iOS 8.2 beta 2 which doesn’t expire at all. You can install it, jailbreak and run for as long as you wish. Maybe by the time iOS 8.2 becomes public, the community develops the tools that can jailbreak public releases.

Everything sounds great. But there is a big catch here. If you follow all the news related to Apple products you know that Apple released iOS 8.2 beta 5 by now and this is the latest version which you can download through the Dev center.

To download iOS 8.2 beta 2 you have to find direct links to this file. Then you should download the version for your model and only then you can use PP untether program.

How to Jailbreak iOS 8.2 on Mac

Step 1. Make sure you are running at least OS X 10.7.

Step 2. Jailbreak only iOS 8.2 beta 2, not any other beta which won’t be supported.

Step 3. Download PP Jailbreak for iOS 8.2 beta 2 for your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.

Step 4. Make sure you have a backup copy of your iDevice. If not, use iTunes / iCloud to make it.

Step 5. It is important to disable firewalls and anti-virus tools you have on your Mac.

Step 6. After you connect the ‘fruit’ device to your OS X via USB you should disable Find my iPhone and Passcode in Settings.

Step 7. Launch PP Jailbreak by double clicking on it.

Step 8. It is important to uncheck the box that will appear at the bottom of the screen. It reportedly installs a pirated app store from China if you forget to deselect it.

Step 9. To start the jailbreaking, just press on the center button.

Step 10. You will find another button that has to be clicked on [the one to the right of the screen]. It just tells you to turn off Find My iPhone / Passcode and you have done it already.

Step 11. Wait till jailbreak is over, your iDevice reboots and you find Cydia on it.

Step 12. You have jailbroken iOS 8.2 beta on Mac and you can now enable your security features on both Apple smartphone and Mac.

P.S. If you want to jailbreak iOS 8.2 beta 2 on Windows you should download TaiG 1.3.0 which supports this firmware version untether jailbreak on iPhones, iPads and iPods touch.

How to Jailbreak iOS 8.2 Beta Using TaiG on iPhone and iPad

It took Chinese hackers a while before they found a way how to update their TaiG tool which can jailbreak iOS 8.2 iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 5S / 5c / 5 / 4S and iPad, iPod touch. This program supported iOS 8.1.2 but failed to work on the iOS 8.1.3 which is the current public version of Apple mobile firmware for iDevice owners.

iOS 8.2 jailbreak TaiG supports beta 1 and beta 2 at the moment. It is mostly released for devs as they can test Apple betas before they come as public launch. If you managed to update to iOS 8.2 beta without UDID and wish to jailbreak, you can also do this. We’ll post a guide which supports Windows computers but you are doing everything at your own risk. Please, remember about this.

How to Jailbreak iOS 8.2 Beta with TaiG

Step 1. Download TaiG 1.3.0 version which works on the beta 1 and beta 2 of iOS 8.2. I will work on your Windows PC.

Step 2. Download iOS 8.2 beta 1 or iOS 8.2 beta 2 if you don’t have it installed but wish to. If you are running one of these betas, you are ok to continue. It is better to download iOS 8.2 beta 2 because, according to hacker iH8sn0w, this version has no expiration date which means you can jailbreak once and wait till the next public firmware release along with jailbreak tool. Note that Cydia tweaks might not be compatible with this firmware though.

Step 3. Backup your iPhone or iPad through iTunes. The jailbreak is untethered but it is safer to have a backup file.

Step 4. Turn off anti-virus and firewalls while you jailbreak. Connect to the internet on Windows.

Step 5. Unzip the TaiG file you have downloaded.

Step 6. Connect the iDevice to your PC through USB.

Step 7. Go to Settings and first disable Passcode in Touch ID & Passcode and then Find my iPhone in iCloud tab.

Step 8. Launch the TaiG .exe file as an Administrator by right clicking on this program and choosing such an option.

Step 9. Once the tool recognizes your smartphone you have to uncheck TaiG App Store box.

Step 10. To start, press on the green button. Wait till the jailbreak completes. Sometimes it can take moments and sometimes it can be around 30 minutes before everything is done.

Step 11. Your gadget should reboot on its own. Don’t do anything.

Step 12. You should find Cydia on your Home screen once the iOS 8.2 beta jailbreak is over.

That’s it. But you have to remember to turn on your Find My iPhone and Passcode.

If you are running Windows on a PC, use this instruction:

Step 1. Go to Search option and look for Run. Have you found the Run icon? Click on it.

Step 2. You will see a new Open box where you can enter %WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc and press OK to continue.

Step 3. The computer should open Etc folder for you where you will find Hosts file.

Step 4. Are there any entries there? If you see anything, remove it. You have to add # with a space at the start of the entry. Save this file.

Step 5. Restart your PC.

If you are on Mac, you can follow this guide:

Step 1. Use Terminal on your computer.

Step 2. Type this command sudonano /private/etc/hosts and click Enter / Return key.

Step 3. If it is needed, enter your password, and once again press on Enter / Return.

Step 4. You will see your hosts file now and if you see any entries there, remove them, if you don’t see anything just type # with a space at the start of the entry. Are you done? Remember to save these changes by clicking on Control-O.

iPhone 6S / 7 Release Date and Comparison to Galaxy S6

The next iPhone 7 release date [this model is also called iPhone 6S because no one really knows how Apple is planning to name it] is unknown. It might be launched in the fall of 2015. We hear different rumors about this iOS smartphone and decided that we can already compare iPhone 7 vs. Galaxy S6 which should be also released this year by Samsung.

Design

Let’s begin our iPhone 6S vs. Galaxy S6 [such names sound so similar] comparison by looking at the rumored design of these gadgets. As different photos and images suggest, the Samsung smartphone should look like its predecessor with a metal frame but some experts believe it will also remind of the iPhone 6.

Apple’s new smartphone will most likely look like other generation devices. The company is not expected to make significant changes to its new iPhone 7 design. It should get rounded edges, aluminium chassis, the same gold, silver and grey colors and probably the 4.7-inch display.

Samsung should unveil its S6 model this spring while Apple should release its next iPhone sometime in the fall.

More About Launch Date

The next Samsung Galaxy S6 will be officially presented during MWC 2015 tradeshow. This is a good time to announce a new release for Samsung.

Apple is planning to unveil its new Watch product in April so it will unlikely present its new iPhone this spring. If looking back over the history of iOS smartphone releases, the iPhone 6S or 7 should appear on the shelves in September or October 2015.

Hardware and Chip

Apple might bring A9 processor to its next iPhone 6S. The new cell phone will be faster than current models. Will it get a higher resolution and Touch ID display along with 2GB of memory? It might as Apple likes to improve its specs in the next versions of iOS devices.

Samsung is going to present the 5.1-inch smartphone with 1440x2560 resolution display, 64-bit octa-core CPU, 3GB of RAM and other specifications.

Firmware

The new Galaxy S6 should be running Android 5.0 Lollipop software version that is already unveiled in the Nexus 9 and 6. The company should bring its TouchWiz interface to customers and maybe some Microsoft applications.

Apple will bring new iOS 9 to its iPhone. This firmware should be presented at the WWDC 2015 this summer.

Camera and Storage

The Samsung model should get the 5Mp front camera and 20Mp rear camera. The new Galaxy should be available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.

Will Apple present the same storage options for its next smartphone as for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus which get 16GB, 64GB and 128GB choices? It actually might. This cell phone should get a better camera with DSLR-quality image capture option. There are rumors that state that the new iPhone 6S or 7’s camera might be up to 21Mp.

As usual, the globe key cycles through all the available keyboards that exist on your iOS device. Although, when you install Keyboard Accio and press the globe key switches only between the first and the second keyboards. In case you need to switch to the other keyboards, all you have to hold down the button and choose keyboard you want to switch too.

This tweak lets users to switch between two of their favorite keyboards very quickly, all they need to do is to click the globe key. It is much more easier, rather than cycle through all of keyboards when switching.

This long switching between iPhone keyboards can be quite annoying especially if a lot of third-party keyboards have been installed on your jailbroken iOS 8 device. How to choose the order of the first and the second keyboard?

After you have installed this tweak, navigate to Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Keyboards.

Click on the Edit button in the top right corner and hold the handle next to each keyboard to place them in order you want. Remember that the globe key lets you switch only between the first two iPhone's keyboards whereas you can long hold on it to switch to the remaining ones.

There are no settings to configure in Keyboard Accio tweak. All you need to do is to put your two favorite keyboards in the first and the second position.

The tweak is really useful and works perfectly. It is definitely the tweak you should considering checking out if you don’t like to switch iPhone keyboards. Keyboard Accio can be purchased for free from Cydia’s BigBoss repository.

New iPhone 7 Will Get Improved Touch ID Sensor from Apple

Apple will release a new iPhone later this year. What will iPhone 7 features be like? We still don’t know how the Cupertino-based giant is planning to name its new smartphone. Some experts mention iPhone 6S name, others believe it might be the 7 model with A9 or A10 processor. The final name will be most likely known only in the fall of 2015. For now we can only rely on rumors and words of famous analysts.

There were a lot of iPhone Apple Pay issues when the company released its mobile payment solution in the U.S. market. Ever since October 2014, Apple is constantly updating and improving this payment system, and the next iPhone should also get an enhanced experience with it.

Ming-Chi Kuo’s name is well-known about users who follow all Apple news, rumors and predictions. He is an analyst at KGI Securities and a lot of things he speaks about become real sooner or later. Mr. Kuo thinks that Touch ID sensor in Apple new iPhone 7 or 6S should be upgraded and improved. The firm should present a solution that reduces the errors in fingerprint scanning which should ease the life of iOS customers.

The Touch ID button will still be integrated into the iPhone’s Home button, according to analyst. He thinks that Apple will continue using previous technologies for the next generation of the ‘fruit’ smartphone.

Are you looking forward to the next iPhone even if you are happy with your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus?

How to Change the Look of Messages on iOS 8 iPhone [Jailbreak Tweak]

Anyone who wishes to change the look of Message on iPhone with iOS 8 version installed on it can use the jailbreak tweak from Cydia store. This tool is currently in beta stage but you can still give it a chance and customize your Apple smartphone. Remember that you have to be jailbroken to use the tweak which is possible for iOS 8.1.2 but impossible for iOS 8.1.3 update which is the most recent official public release of the ‘fruit’ platform.

The new iOS 8 Messages customize feature was developed by Charlie Hewitt. He called his app Messages Customiser which makes it clear what the program supports and offers.

How to Change the Appearance of Messages on iPhone

Step 1. You have to add a new Cydia source before you can download the tweak. The source is http://chewitt.me/repo/ - download Messages Customiser and install it.

Step 2. Launch Settings where you will find a new preference pane with the toggle that turns on / off your new program.

Step 3. Enable the tool.

Step 4. You will also find new options in the pane where it is possible to apply gradient or colors to your message bubbles, SMS or iMessage. How can you choose the color? The tweak offers either RGB sliders or a list of predefined colors.

iPhone Home Screen iOS 8 Tweak Allows Apps Interaction without Launching Them

It is fun to supercharge iOS 8 home screen with tweaks that are available on Cydia store that doesn’t have any alternative yet no matter what rumors promise. Users who haven’t updated to iOS 8.1.3 which cannot be jailbroken and are still running iOS 8.1.2 or earlier versions of this platform can install one jailbreak tweak that customizes the smartphone.

What is the tool? Velox 2 is the iPhone home screen iOS 8 tweak that makes app interaction much easier. There is no need to launch applications from your home screen after you install this program.

What does it do? Firstly, you can choose any gesture to invoke it or use the default settings which wake it up when you swipe up. Secondly, the tweak shows you either notifications if the app has them or a specialized view.

This is easier to explain in examples.

For instance, the first image illustrates what the specialized view Velox 2 offers for your Settings application.

The second one demonstates how your Weather app can show you information even if you don’t launch it but instead use the jailbreak tweak on iOS 8 iPhone.

This tip is useful to users who need to get some information but don’t want to spend time on launching different applications. This doesn’t surely provide you with everything you might need to check inside the app, but it’s perfect for quick look inside Weather forecast and other programs.

You can adjust some setting of the program.

P.S. You can also clean up your iOS 8 Notification Center by hiding unwanted elements with the help of SimpleNC for iPhone.

iOS 9 Notification Center Example Surfaced in Concept

One interesting iOS 9 Notification Center example surfaced online. Apple is working on this firmware option and has already introduced a lot of enhancements for Today view and might also change some other parts of this tool. While its Notifications side hasn’t got any incredible changes yet, designers share their iOS 9 rumors and ideas what can be done in the future.

The concept with iOS 9 specs that include Notification Center was made by Mobile Creative. It is implemented on video, and we made some screenshots to share with you.

Will Apple agree or does it plan to create interactive iOS notifications for iPhone [this idea is introduced in the concept]? Can this option be improved in order to make story sharing, respond to text messages, tweeting and sharing news and apps just like it happens in some social networks?

There were rumors [which must be true] that Apple is already working on the next iOS 9. This new firmware will be most likely introduced at the WWDC event. Developers and risky users will be able to test the new version of mobile operating system for iPhone and iPad in the summer.

The iDevice giant has done a lot to make its platform and products popular and demanded in the market across the world. Now it has to improve its software to get rid of iOS bugs and problems which is probably impossible as everything can’t be tested. Some issues become visible only after millions of people install the firmware on their devices.

How to Change Color for iPhone On / Off Toggles [Jailbreak Tweak]

Anyone who hasn’t yet installed iOS 8.1.3 can still download jailbreak tweaks and customize toggles on iOS 8, move multiple app icons at once or do something else. For example, it is possible to change color on your iPhone toggle switch, for both on and off or one of them. This can be bright, colorful and superior cute.

Not all tweaks are for real men. Some changes can be girlish, though this particular tweak which is responsible for iPhone toggle color can be used by both girls and guys. Cydia [Saurik has already updated its design] has Tintch for this particular customization and it is free to download.

How to Change iPhone On / Off Toggles Color

Step 1. Download Tintch tweak from ModMyi repo on Cydia. Cool, it is free for you.

Step 2. Let’s add a fresh new look for your iDevice. Install the program and go to Settings where you will find the Tintch’s pane.

Step 3. Enable or disable the tweak.

Step 4. If you have enabled this iOS 8 customization option you can choose the color for your both toggles or select the color for only On toggle or only Off toggle.

Step 5. Developers allow users choosing the color through the color spectrum, RGB slider or by entering a HEX code. In other words, you are able to use any color and turn your iPhone toggles to the toggles of your dream.

The color you have selected for the Off toggle will appear on the switchers outline, and the On toggle will be colored inside.

This simple iOS 8 tweak adds the changes automatically. There is no need to respring or restart.

How to Launch Up to 8 Apps from iOS 8 Lock Screen [iPhone Jailbreak Tweak]

It is often fun to launch apps right from Lock screen on iPhone running iOS 8 [you can easily access all iPhone applications at once using one tweak]. iDevice users who would like to do such a thing should first download the free Cydia tweak for iOS 8 platform, install it and learn how to use it though most jailbreak apps are simple to use and have an easy-to-understand interface and cool features.

There is a program known as BerryC8. It is free of charge and it is available on the BigBoss repo on Cydia. Since it is free to download, you can check it out without having to pay anything for being able to launch app from Lock screen on iOS 8 device.

The tweak has been created with the Touch ID support. It can offer you seamless experience and allow launching your favorite programs when you are locked.

How many apps can you launch from your Lock screen on iPhone after you install iOS 8 tweak BerryC8? The devs allow the support for up to 8 applications which you can open right from your lock display which can show you 4 apps at a time with the possibility to swipe from right to left and get to the second page with another 4 applications.

How to Launch Apps from Lock Screen on iOS 8

Step 1. Launch Cydia and download BerryC8 for free [go to BigBoss repo for it].

Step 2. Install the tool and you will find a new pane in Settings that can be configured to your taste.

Step 3. Go to Settings to enable the tweak.

Step 4. You will see the App Shortcuts feature where you can add your favorite programs to be later able to launch them from your Lock screen.

Step 5. Click on Respring to apply the changes.

Step 6. Now when you wish to launch an application while staying on your Lock screen [if your iPhone is Touch ID-enabled] you have to hold a finger on the program you are planning to launch with the help of the tweak and drag it down to the bottom of the display. When you reach to end of the screen you have to move your finger right to your Touch ID where you can complete two things at once: unlock your gadget and launch the application.

Users whose smartphone doesn’t support Touch ID option but use the passcode lock feature will have to enter their passcode whenever they are going to launch an app from the Lock screen.

What do you think about such a jailbreak tweak for iOS 8 firmware?

Running Windows 98 Games on iPad Is Possible

It is possible to play Windows 98 games on iPad and maybe even iPhone, but only if you understand how to install the Microsoft platform on Apple’s device. There is no need to add that it is possible to install Windows in iOS only if you are jailbroken and while this might sound like a pointless idea [you can play anything you want on PC, right?], you can just learn about the opportunity.

One YouTube user who managed to run Windows 98 on iPad Air 2 that was jailbroken at first posted a video with the achievement. He plays the popular-back-in-1998 Fallout 2 game on the iDevice.

The game is played inside DOSPAD application where touchscreen controls the mouse. Since typing is required, the user just connected an external keyboard to his iPad Air gadget. The gameplay seems very similar to what people played on PC about 16 years ago.

Does Fallout 2 run well on the modern iPad? This can’t be understood from the video, but the user Deekismusic [he is also met under 8bitsince86 nickname] assures that the game runs smoothly after it is optimized.

Whoever plays Windows 98 games on his iPad also shares the instruction how to make Fallout 2 and Diablo II running on Apple tablet.

New Apple Supplier Responsibility Bans ‘Bonded Servitude’ Worldwide

Since Apple supply partners were using ‘bonded servitude’ on their factories, the new Apple supplier responsibility announces that such servitude is banned. This means that employees who are working on factories and produce parts for the iOS products should get better working conditions within the firms that are iPhone creator's partners.

It is true that Apple supply chain jobs for ordinary workers weren’t that awesome in terms of conditions. The company has been constantly blamed for horrible working conditions within its many Asian partner factories. The iOS giant [iPhone sales already jumped over 500 million units] even investigated the case and, according to Apple CEO Tim Cook, was deeply offended by what the investigation revealed.

Apple bonded labor has been banned from now. The changes are being implemented. The California-based tech giant systematically bans ‘bounded servitude’ across the globe and wants them to saddle up the fees added through recruitment [previously new employees had to pay these fees on their own].

Apple believes that the supplier must pay the fee. The notification about such changes was sent to each supplier in the end of 2014, and workers who are involved in creating Apple line products should not pay the extra expenses any more.

This is a good change though there are still a lot of issues that have to be resolved in the iOS supply partner factories.
