Step 1: If don't have the latest version of iTunes, you can download and install it using this link:
Step 2: Download the iOS 9.1 IPSW file for your compatible iDevice using this direct links:
Step 3: Now disable Find My iPhone feature (Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone).
Step 4: Now connect your iDevice to PC and launch iTunes.
