The latest software contains a number of bug fixes and improvements. It brought fix for an annoying bug which could crash an iOS device after it receives a specific string of symbols and Arabic characters thought some messaging service.

With iOS 8.4 Audiobooks Apple has relocated it to the iBooks app. Previously this feature was a part of Music app. iOS 8.4 also gains a new Audiobooks for CarPlay support, giving drivers a dedicated app for hands-free audiobooks listening.
