In case you have faced with Digital Crown stuck on Apple Watch problem then, Apple has posted a new support document that offers how to fix that issue. This document is called ‘Get help with the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch.’
The company offers Apple Watch digital crown stuck issue fix for wearable owners who complained that their Digital Crowns show more resistance than usual.
Apple claims that if the Digital Crown on Watch gets stuck or won’t move, it’s likely due to dirt or debris as dust, lotion, etc. For those who are experiencing such a problem, they recommend lightly running warm, fresh water over the Crown for no longer than 15 seconds. If necessary repeat again.

Step 1.First you need to turn off your Apple Watch and don't forget to remove it from the charger.
Step 2. In case you have a leather band, please remove it from your Watch.
Step 3. Now hold the Digital Crown under warm, fresh, lightly running water from 10 to 15 seconds.
Note: Don't use soaps and other cleaning products.
Step 4.Continuously turn and press the Digital Crown as water runs over the small gap between the crown and the housing.
Step 5. Now dry Apple Watch with a non-abrasive, lint-free cleaning cloth.
The other problem that can appear is when users can rotate and press-in on their Digital Crowns, but their Watch itself isn’t responding. For those users Apple recommends to turn the wearable off and then on again or perform a force restart. To do it press and hold the side button and Digital Crown for 10 seconds.
