After public launch more then week ago the question about iOS 8.2 TaiG jailbreak release date is moved to the first position.
TaiG, the Chinese team that developed the TaiG jailbreaking tool for iOS 8.1.2 and iOS 8.2's first couple of betas, could be just about to push a jailbreak solution for iOS 8.2. And with Mobile Security Summit that will take place tomorrow, it could be great chance for jailbreak announcement.
Before the iOS 8.2 launch, TaiG did claim that it had exploits in place that could be used for an untethered jailbreak, but since the software made its way to the end user, the TaiG team has kept decidedly quiet on matters.
In iOS 8.2 release notes Apple company patched some extra exploits that may have thrown a spanner in TaiG’s works. It could indicate that we mightn’t be seeing a jailbreak at any point in the near future. Although iOS hacker and security expert i0n1c has stayted that TaiG could utilize the MSS as a platform to launch its new jailbreak.
Nothing is clear currently, but all jailbreak community will be following the Mobile Security Summit very closely for any big revelations. Although TaiG hasn’t launched a jailbreak yet, but with the MSS being a decent stage to make an announcement, there’s no reason for TaiG to hold on to a develop jailbreak for so long.
So we hope that Chinese team will do all its best and iOS 8.2 TaiG jailbreak release date will be on March 27th. All things will be clear tomorrow.
