You can now download iOS 8.1.3 ipsw through the Software Update section of the native Settings app on iPhone or iPad. It is also possible to update through iTunes on a Mac or PC.
This new update primarily focuses on bug fixes, but also increases general stability of iOS as well. It is recommended for devices that run prior versions of iOS 8 to install iOS 8.1.3 using direct links.
For users whose iOS devices have less available storage, the iOS 8.1.3 may be very useful because it is said to reduce the amount of free storage space available to install an available software update.
The total reduction is currently unknown, but users who have limited device's storage capacity have been able to install the update with as little as 500MB free. It is really less than prior iOS updates often required several GB of storage capacity to be available.

The easiest way for most users to install iOS 8.1.3 is through the Software Update within the Settings app on their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Please backup your devices before installing software updates :
