TaiG is a new Chinese team of hackers who are working to help iOS jailbreaking community. Their TaiG jailbreak is the first and only iOS 8.1.1 untether jailbreak that is confirmed to be safe, according to trusted hackers. But right now TaiG is available for Windows computers only and a lot of users wonder when TaiG iOS 8.1.1 jailbreak Mac version is coming.
Hackers who surprised the whole world when they launched their solution and managed to jailbreak the new iOS 8.1.1 talked about their program, 8.2 firmware version support and other things. All the questions were answered through the social networks.
According to the group, TaiG can jailbreak iOS 8.2 beta but such an option is disabled in the public release so it is impossible to jailbreak this beta at the moment. Hackers promise to make the option public after Apple makes iOS 8.2 public.
While the team didn’t say when exactly 8.1.1 jailbreak for Mac is coming they assure that such a program is being developed.
As the guys note, they launched iOS 8.1.1 jailbreak with TaiG because firstly, Apple killed the exploit in Pangu tool, and secondly, because this firmware version is going to be around for at least Thanksgiving. A lot of users can take the advantage of being jailbroken if they already updated to 8.1.1 which is pretty good.
The report also mentiones that only one person stands behind TaiG jailbreak. His name Xiao Nan who might work with Pangu team in the future. We’ll surely hear more about the team soon because TaiG updates are to follow.
