Jailbreak iOS 8.1 with Cydia [Pangu English Version Update]

Were you looking forward for the new Pangu jailbreak iOS 8 with Cydia update? The infamous Chinese team of hackers are going to release this new version just as they promised to do, on Halloween. These guys became famous when they presented their first version of Pangu for iOS 7.1 devices and now they are the only team in the world that has publicly launched the first iOS 8 Pangu jailbreak with Cydia support.

If you wanted to jailbreak iOS 8.1 with Cydia being installed automatically, this may be your chance to do so. It is true that the manual installation procedure was complicated and mostly meant for iOS developers who understand the coding and commands. Ordinary users were warned by the Pangu team to avoid jailbreaking until the new program becomes available.

Then hackers presented the Cydia installation directly from Pangu app that is located on your Home screen once you are jailbroken or from Cydia. According to Pangu Twitter post, they are hoping to launch Pangu 1.1 with Cydia bundled on October 31, 2014.

The team also wants to release the English version of their program. Right now you can download the iOS 8.1 jailbreak Pangu tool from here for Windows platform only in Chinese.

Hopefully the wait is to be over soon and you won’t have to use SSH and other programs in order to get Cydia on your iDevice.
