You can install Cydia Substrate 0.9.5101, the utility that makes Cydia work. As Saurik has just launched a new update for Cydia Substrate.
This update is developed specially for the jailbreak tweaks developers. Because it gained many improvements that can be used to make tweaks work without issues.
The Cydia Substrate 0.9.5101went out with another update. The first were seeded earlier with number 0.9.5100. It brings improvements such as more arm64 instructions, shorter armv7 functions and other developer oriented features. The second one update is 0.9.5101. It fixes an issue with the first update wherein two tweaks wouldn’t work together.

Fixes an incompatibility introduced in 0.9.5100 with some combinations of extensions (the most common conflict was having both CC Settings and GroovyLock).

The jailbreak developer for sure know how to upgrade. But everyday users should also update because it’s better to stay on the latest version of tools. Saurik has recently posted that the iOS 8 jailbreak and Cydia now are really stable. So with no doubt you should do it and not worry to face with problems when updating.
To install Cydia Substrate 0.9.5101 open Cydia. Then go to the Changes tab. There you will find the latest version. If it’s not found immediately, click on Refresh button. After you have installed Cydia Substrate, please make sure that your device was rebooted before you continue to use device as normal.
