Apple Offers iOS 8.1 Beta Release for Developers

The latest iOS 8.1 release seeded by Apple to developers can be download via direct links. This beta update might mean quicker software upgrade cycle from the Cupertino-based giant. From one hand, this is nice as all the bugs can be fixed as soon as possible. From another hand, such quick updates are not good for hackers who are now working on the untethered jailbreak for iOS 8 devices.

If you are a developer you can update to iOS 8.1 beta through direct download links and see how this firmware available under the build number 12B401 has changed and what problems it has fixed. You have to be registered in Apple’s program as an iOS developer to be eligible for download and direct links ask you to login to your account.

The update supports iPhones, iPod tough 5G and iPad along with Apple TV. According to hacker iH8sn0w, the new 8.1 beta will expire on December 4, 2014.
