How to Use Personal Hotspot to Tether iPad Wi-Fi to iPhone

It is possible to roam the Internet from any gadget that is internet capable if you have the iPhone and iPad. For example, you just need to use your iPad Wi-Fi and tether it to the smartphone. A lot of mobile operators offer the personal hotspot to their customers allowing connecting up to 10 devices to one hotspot. How to Use Personal Hotspot on the iPad

There are a few steps you need to take in order to tether your iPad to your iPhone via the personal hotspot.

Step 1. Take your iPhone and open Settings. This application offers a lot of features and options you can take advantage of.

Step 2. Select Personal Hotspot menu on it.

Step 3. Turn on your Personal Hotspot to make it work. Use the toggle.

Step 4. There will be a field where you can enter your password [you should create it so that no one uses your handset’s data on your behalf].

Step 5. Now you should take the tablet and use your iPad personal hotspot. Open Settings and select Wi-Fi option.

Step 6. You should simply join the network on the iPhone [you will its name as your iPhone’s].

Step 7. Don’t expect to see the WiFi bars as there will be an interlink icon instead. You can connect any 

Wi-Fi enabled devices to your personal hotspot created on the iPhone now including your computer, Mac and other tablets, smartphones.

Note that such tethering will “eat” your data quicker as well as shorten the life of your smartphone’s battery.
