FaceTime Not Working on iOS 6 iPhone 4

FaceTime problems on Mac are not the only issues with this Apple program. It looks like FaceTime is not working on iOS 6 devices now as a lot of people share their worries about it on Apple support forums. User wish to find a way how to fix the problem without having to update to iOS 7. Even though millions of customers have already installed iOS 7.1 and previous releases of iOS 7 there are still many people who continue using older iOS 6 and feel ok with it.

Is There Factime Fix for iPhone 4 on iOS 6?

It looks like FaceTime is not working on iPhone 4 and 3GS. It allows getting phone calls for iPhone 5S / 5c / 5 users while older models with iOS 6 are not able to receive and place calls via this application. The problems began earlier this week. At least the first messages about problems with the calling program date back to the middle of April.

It’s hard to say what FaceTime fix for iOS 6 can be used as there is no information on Apple pages on how to solve this issue. Not everyone is affected by the problem. iOS 6.0.1 users report their gadget doesn’t run FaceTime while iOS 6.1.6 smartphones have no problems with using this app.

The support team of the Cupertino-based tech giant suggest customers who experience problems should install iOS 7 and the issue will be gone. Maybe this outage is to be resolved soon without need to upgrade to iOS 7 because a lot of people don’t want to solve the problem this way.

Besides, Mac users also have the similar error on OS X 10.8 software version.
